    Order Cancellation
    We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

    Refund and Exchange Policy

    Return Information

    • Reasons for Return:
      We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Return Process:

      • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

      • Please follow the return instructions provided in the email to send your item to the designated address.

      • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Cost Information:

      • Return Shipping: A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

      • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

    Exchange Information

    • Reasons for Exchange:
      We accept exchanges for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Exchange Process:

      • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

      • Please follow the return instructions provided via email to send the item to the specified address.

      • Once we receive and confirm the item’s condition, we will send you a replacement of equal value.

    • Cost Information:

      • Exchange Shipping: A $10 shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

    Important Notes:

    • All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee unless the return is due to our error.

    • Only one exchange per item is allowed. You may choose either one exchange or a full refund.

    • Please ensure that your return or exchange meets the requirements outlined in our policy before sending any items back.

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days for return or exchange assistance.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Double-check your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

    3. Contact your bank; sometimes there is processing time before the refund appears.
