Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Return Information
Reasons for Return:
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Please follow the return instructions provided in the email to send your item to the designated address.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cost Information:
Return Shipping: A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
Exchange Information
Reasons for Exchange:
We accept exchanges for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Please follow the return instructions provided via email to send the item to the specified address.
Once we receive and confirm the item’s condition, we will send you a replacement of equal value.
Cost Information:
Exchange Shipping: A $10 shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Important Notes:
All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee unless the return is due to our error.
Only one exchange per item is allowed. You may choose either one exchange or a full refund.
Please ensure that your return or exchange meets the requirements outlined in our policy before sending any items back.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days for return or exchange assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund officially posts.
Contact your bank; sometimes there is processing time before the refund appears.
